33 yo MA student looking for room around Peckham

Hello there! I am a 33 year-old, male, Colombian, currently finishing an MA Fine Art Painting program in Camberwell College (UAL). I'm looking to share a nice, respectful home with good people by mid October. Hopefully looking to find a place for long term.

I'm tranquil, tidy, and sociable. For me it is important to have both privacy and also some space to be sociable at home. I'll play chess anytime, go out for hikes, museums regularly, maybe a concert or two and will always have coffee and tea to share. Usually I prepare very simple breakfasts and dinner for myself although I also really enjoy preparing and sharing proper home cooked dinners in good company with flatmates and the occasional visit.

I'd really love to have some nature in or around the house, I will contribute in looking after the place and keeping it clean, and hope there will be basic mindful recycling.
