Looking for a 1/2bed flat or house (no flatshares)

Hello,

My partner and I are currently looking for a 1 or 2-bedroom flat or house to rent (not a flatshare), ideally from the end of August/ early september.

A little bit about us...

I work as a Health Researcher on a joint contract with the University of Hull and the NHS. My partner has recently moved to Hull to join me and is currently looking for work in the area. Now that we're living together, we're excited to find a place we can truly call home.

We're looking for something in The Avenues or Hull City Centre.

A few things about us:
- We're both non-smokers.
- We don't have any pets.
- We're clean, tidy and respectful people who will take good care of the property as if it were our own.
- We value having a peaceful, comfortable home and are always considerate of our neighbours.

Outside of work, we enjoy going for walks, travelling, exploring new places, trying different cafés and restaurants, and meeting new people. We also enjoy quiet evenings at home and keeping our living space clean, cosy and welcoming.
