Seeking room in Bramley or near as possible.

Ideally not looking to move until 1st May as I have tenancy, but could consider sooner for the right place, and I am flexible.

I am a taxi driver and can provide bank statements for proof of income ( I’ve been in this job for 6 months). I work for a small local firm in bramley (bramley airport transfers).

I can also provide references from previous tenancies, currently living with a couple in tadley and only moving on as they are planning to build a family!

I’m active and like to go gym regularly and football once a week on a Monday night that I actually organise with basingstoke council. I also am learning the guitar but of course will be considerate with noise in evening and morning.

I don’t tend to have guests as I go to London for events and to socialise a couple of times a month.

I’m a non drinker, bar the occasional red wine 🍷 and a non smoker. Not much of a tv watcher, I like to read and write and organise music events in my spare time. I am part of a team running a monthly jam in London which is ticketed and currently growing.

I guess my main down side as a tenant is a couple of times a week I will likely have to leave the house at unsociable hours for airport pickups. But I am very good at being quiet and my current housemates can vouch that I do not disturb them.
