Housebuddy up wanted by profes

Hi, I I am looking to rent a room in around the Sheffield area, I am 60 this year and semi retired. I am looking for somewhere I could keep a couple of bikes, I am very active and out a fair amount of time.
I am quite an introvert I like to be sociable at times but enjoy my own company.
I would like to share with someone who is non-judgmental, honest and is happy not to chat all of the time.
I have family here I usually visit them but would like to have them over with grandchildren occasionally for a meal.
I would also like to find someone who doesn’t need constant background noise I. e. tv/radio on constantly all day.
I feel like I’m being very picky! However these are the things that are important to me learnt by past experiences, I’m looking for a long term home and aim to find a share with a person who is looking for similar.

Please note I have put my budget as £400 per month this is in anticipation of sharing a flat with someone where the rent is around £800, then we would share bills.
