Room with desk space needed for a professional

Hello,

I am looking for a decent sized room to rent for 7-days a week with access to communal areas in a quiet household with professional or retired people (women preferred, unless a married couple). Tenancy required from mid-May 2026 (or earlier if possible) for temporary duration. No agents please.

Briefly about me:
I am a professional in a government role. Having moved to the area two years ago on a temporary basis, I am still presently renting as I will be moving north later this year.
I am an excellent tenant - reliable with bills, respectful, well-mannered, clean and tidy. An arrangement whereby all bills are included in the monthly rent is necessary and I do require off road parking at the property or in a quiet residential neighbourhood (non-permit parking).

As I am in full time employment, I travel frequently around the South East with my job, although I do spend a considerable amount of time working from home, so occupancy during the day must be acceptable with the landlord.

Essential requirement: I need a desk, ideally with private study space for working, with reliable, high speed internet connection.
