Hello,
I am looking for a decent sized double room with desk space and access to communal areas in a quiet household with other professionals (women preferred, unless a married couple) for rental, 7 days a week. Non-smokers preferred. Tenancy needed from November or December 2024.
Briefly about me:
I am a professional worker in a new government role (former school teacher of 20 years experience). Reference of employment can be provided if necessary. I have rented several times in the past so I know what is expected, i. e. reliable with bills, respectful, well-mannered, friendly/easy going, clean and a tidy. An arrangement where all bills are included in the monthly rent is necessary.
I require off road parking but I appreciate that's not always possible and I am happy to park on road if it is in a quiet neighbourhood, near to the property, if there is no alternative.
I require lodgings 7-days a week as my work is full time / permanent. I travel frequently to Portsmouth, Southampton and Bognor Regis with my job but also spend a considerable amount of time working from home, so access to a desk /study space for working is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL please, obviously the internet with decent network connection too.
I am willing to arrange a date for viewing now, in advance of moving if you can offer what I require.
Happy if the owner has pets: cats, dogs, etc.
