I'm a respectful, tidy person and would be keen to socialise and meet new people being new to the city, although I also like my own space. My interests are mostly around running, football, and music/going to gigs!
I expect to WfH approx 50% of the time so would be looking for something that suits this, with good transport links to the centre. Pretty flexible about everything else.
