Clean&Quiet Seeks Affordable Rent On Flex Terms

Hello!

My name's Krzysztof (but you can call me Kris). I'm a male aged 39. I come from Poland (EU). I'm looking for my a place that I could call my second HOME and could feel at ease.

I am URGENTLY looking for a neat, AFFORDABLE, furnished, SAFE inside, I would say value for the price/money: box room / single room, En - suite room with own bathroom / kitchenette or a very CHEAP small self - contained studio flat directly from a professional, private landlord on FLEXIBLE TERMS adjustable to my current situation (2-3 months rent atm. (with the possibility of contract extension) ideally with NO deposit which I consider redundant as paying regular rent is all that matters in this all and living costs in London are hardly bearable in 2024!!!!!!!!!!!

For now I would prefer area around 15 miles radius from Harrow (I can consider other offers from a little bit further radius than 15 miles).

I'm looking for a clean and quiet place to live on -> LEGAL CONTRACT <- (no cash in hand 'agreements'...) with ALL THE BILLS INCLUDED (incl. council tax!) (!). Ideally if DSS could be accepted (I do not get atm. or ever have had any DSS but I might try to apply for it but the outcome of such a claim would be uncertain so no discrimination based on DSS if I needed it!).
I do not need luxury, paying for space I won't use nor I want to feel cramped (at least not too much). I've found myself in difficult housing situation and I need to find proper rent solution at least for some period of time until my private matters get resolved.

I am available to move in until 22-nd of June. I'm looking for a place to live in the price range from 360 - 499£.

Unfortunately I can not afford to pay full deposits what greedy, money sick landlords and greedy agencies demand in their advertisements...

As I value privacy and peace of mind in the first place I will consider studio flat offers and en-suites.

If it's about single room or En-suite room offer I would prefer to rent it in a SMALL (1-2 ppl max. !!!.), shared house I could live&share it with clean, quiet people aged 26-45. I would also like to avoid male drinking companies and druggies. I'm decent and cultural person. I'm not too social but rather not an outsider.

I'm NOT a vegan and I like to eat all kind of meat so I won't be a good flatmate for a hindi vegan house (unless they are no vege).

I dislike: dirt, doing drugs, noise, crowd, alcoholics, rude people. Please note that above before making me a offer in a shared house (!)

As being quiet, clean, non smoking, not doing drugs and not overusing % can assure you that I'm problem less person so that won't be any issues with me as a potential tenant/flatmate and your property will be treated as my own so I think my advert would be worth considering.

I will consider every offer and will be thankful for understanding and 'helping' me by proposing me appropriate room/flat rent offer of which very much depends on before the deadline otherwise I may find myself in very difficult housing situation...I do not want to leave UK but without a proper roof over my head I will be ultimately forced as I can't count on my family's help with that matter anymore...

I'm not sure if I will find something affordable (and DSS accepted) for me based on rent offers I have found here on this portal but I still believe there are left in this city some good private property owners who can really help and do not want to rip off out of money from prospective tenants as the majority agencies and private landlords do in this city...
