Looking for buddy-ups/room and moving in ASAP

Hi peeps - I'm Ilgin (they/them) looking for a buddy-up or a room starting IMMEDIATELY. I'm 26 and working full-time. I'm looking for someone professional to share a place.

I'm looking for a 2-bed place around Brunstfield, Tollcross, Marchmont and the surrounding areas (not a definite list). I would want to have a bedroom that will be big enough to fit a desk comfortably as I would be working from home every other day. I would love a living space, I do not want to be crammed up in a small kitchen with a couch in the corner as I like to spend time in that living space with my housemates just doing stuff! I'm flexible on budget but ideally would not want to go over 1400 with bills included (but can be a bit more flexible depending on the situation).

I'm a sociable person but I do like my own time as well when my social battery runs out. So I'm respectful of personal boundaries, if you want to go for a drink/food outside or just chill at home and put a movie on the tv, I'd love both! I'm very clean and tidy in the common spaces and it's absolutely crucial for me to live with people would want the same. I like hiking, running, biking, cooking and baking (when I'm not feeling extremely lazy) and trying new recipes. I do photography as my main hobby and recently got into concert photography. I have a couple of plants that make my living space greener (and happier!!).
