Short let needed in Herts - ideally St Albans

Hi internet!
Friendly, intelligent, reliable, non-judgemental, clean and quiet roommate looking for somewhere to sleep for few months whilst I get settled in a new job and a new area. If there is a whole flat or maisonette to rent by myself then I would be interested for up to 12mths

I'm looking for no-fuss, friendly but appreciate alone time, clean and considerate roomies to enjoy this time with. Happy to share dinners and a glass of wine from time to time and equally leave each other to it. Kitchen and bathroom hygiene is an absolute must for me. I have a demanding job so usually out of the house from 7-7 mon-fri.

I'm pretty laid back - I don't care about social status, race, sexual orientation, views, clothing optional, smokers, pets etc as long as there is mutual respect.
