Looking for room/ buddy-up

Hey,

A little about myself, I’m Justin and I’ve moved to London in January. I’m fairly flexible with location but I’d prefer a new build apartment instead of a house with hopefully some decent views and a balcony (not essential but would be nice lol). I’m very open to where I would be living as long as it’s not too far away from work and for reference I work in Moorgate. I’m trying to do buddy ups and rooms with people who would hopefully want to make the place feel homely.

I’m quite a sociable and easy going person, who like going to the gym and binge watching shows lol.

Now for the boring stuff. I work in finance and I’m looking for someone with a similar ish budget so that we can get an apartment together. Im also open to getting contacted about rooms that are available. I’m ideally trying to have a move in date of December 14(that’s when my current lease expires). But I’m also flexible for a few days before as well.

I’m very easy going so please don’t feel shy to get in touch with me. If all of this works for you then please let me know :)

Also, I do live in a new build rn and it looks lovely so if you want to move to Colindale then please let me know and I can renew the lease and that would be around £1100 without bills and £1300 with bills. If that doesn’t work then I’m open to looking for new places as well :)

P. s. the budget is not including bills and I only want a max of 2 other people that I live with.
