Hi! I’m Julian, 25, originally from the New York but currently based in Oxford. I’m looking to move to London for a new job in September, and I’m looking for a friendly, comfortable flat to call home.

I work full-time as an economist. During the week I’m focused on work, but outside of it I love football (both playing and watching), discovering new films, reading and exploring cafés around the city.

I’m sociable and always up for a chat over dinner or watching a match, but I also value a tidy, relaxed home where everyone respects each other’s space. Ideally, I’m looking for a room in Zones 1 or 2, with easygoing, considerate housemates and good transport links.
