Hiya, I have recently accepted an offer to start a PhD at the University of Manchester and am due to start in September 2024. I have recently started to look at accommodation options and I am hoping to find a house share with other students or professionals not too far from the University.
I am hoping to move in in early September, to prevent overlapping rents... I don't mind a single or a double bedroom and don't mind sharing a bathroom, I am happy to live in a mixed house, or an all female house (as long as you are friendly). I am also hoping to live in a house with bills included if possible.
I am a very neat and tidy person, who has a good-track record with renting. I am a bit of an introvert, so I'm not looking for a party house, but would like to live in a bit of a social house where we can spend some time together. I will spend most of the week in the labs, but at the weekend would love to explore the local area...
Please let me know if you think you have something suitable coming free around September, I would really appreciate it :)
