I’m looking for a comfortable room in a calm, well-maintained home with a friendly and respectful atmosphere.

I’m a self-employed professional who has recently returned to Scotland and am re-establishing my base in Edinburgh after time living and working internationally. I work from home most days, so a room with space for a small desk would be ideal.

I value a peaceful household and am looking for a stable place where I can live and work quietly.

Areas of interest:
Bruntsfield, Marchmont, Southside, Stockbridge, Leith (Shore/Links area), Abbeyhill / Meadowbank. Portobello also possible due to friends nearby.

What I’m looking for:

• Light, comfortable room
• Calm household (owner-occupier preferred)
• Reliable broadband suitable for working from home
• Occasional friends visiting for coffee or dinner
• Move-in April (flexible for the right place)

I’m tidy, considerate and used to sharing homes respectfully. I enjoy walking, good coffee, cooking and maintaining a quiet, positive living environment.
