Middle aged quiet lady short term

I'm a quiet middle aged lady looking for a short term two to three months possibly longer, double room in family home with bills included . Probably best with similar age residents not a party scene.
I'm quite and respectful of other people and their space. I would like to feel like at home, where you can use living room and kitchen and mingle with others on occasions. I respect the place as it was my own. I am not keen on commercial run properties.
I like the outdoors and have other hobbies, I have a job a Teaching assistant.
