Middle aged quiet lady short term

I'm a quiet middle aged lady looking for a short term one month and then again in august for a month or two possibly longer, double room in family home with bills included . I am in between houses so it's difficult to estimate the time. Probably best with similar age residents not a party scene.
I'm quiet and respectful of other people and their space. I would like to feel like at home, where you can use living room and kitchen and mingle with others on occasions. I respect the place as it was my own, I am very quiet and clean. I am not keen on commercial run properties.
I like the outdoors and have other hobbies, I am a Teaching assistant so I am DBS checked tool.
No cats please I have an allergy.

Budget is £ 600 but it can be higher for the right place.
My circumstances have changed so now I am looking to start from 2nd of June.
