22M, Professional, looking for long term in Leeds

I'm Nart, and as the titles states I'm looking for a room for the foreseeable future. I graduated last summer and currently work remotely for a company in London, I make the trip down south every so often but it's not a common occurrence by any means.

I currently live in Leeds but want to move someplace closer to the centre as my commute is quite dreadful whenever I want to do something there.

I'm specifically looking for an en-suite, that is a non-negotiable for me. Another factor is amount of occupants, I'd be looking to have 2 roommates at most so a 3 bed or smaller property is what I'm looking for.

The maximum pcm I gave is for bills included, I'm happy to exclude them if the rent is lower than a grand (say like a 800-200 split).
