Kiwi looking for a new room

Hi, I’m Ella, 28, originally from New Zealand and have been living in London for the past couple of years. I work as a solicitor based in Angel (one day WFH) and I’m looking for a new place after the end of my current lease.

I’m ideally looking for a double room with space for a workout mat, along with a garden and a separate shared living area. An en-suite or own bathroom would be a huge bonus.

A bit about me — I’m sociable, easygoing and enjoy making the most of London, whether that’s trying new restaurants and wine bars, catching up with friends, or exploring different parts of the city. I’m also quite active (running, gym, Pilates) and a big sports fan (especially F1 and rugby). I have a great group of friends in London, so weekends are often a mix of being out and about or spending time in the park or at the pub.

During the week I’m more low-key as work can be busy, so I really value a calm, comfortable home environment. I’m clean, tidy and respectful, and enjoy having a space that feels relaxed and easy to live in.

I’m looking to live with like-minded people who are friendly and sociable, and keen to create a home where you can enjoy each other’s company while still respecting personal space.
