Hi there,
I’m a third-year Imperial Computer Science student, looking for buddy ups/room to rent before 10th September 2026, for the academic year 2026/27. I am flexible into end of August by a few weeks.
My absolute maximum budget (including all other bills) is £1600/month for my room, but hopefully there is something cheaper :>
Looking for a cosy, tidy flat, with a friendly and respectful atmosphere. At least one of the bedrooms must be big enough to fit a triple-monitor PC setup; this is what I use every day to study. My current room is a bit more than 20sqm, so in that range. I'm generally very tidy and like to keep the space clean and neat; I expect my roommate to also be like that :>
I usually spend a lot of time studying, but when I have free time, I love socialising, going out, working out, playing video games, and watching shows. I also love the occasional novelty hobby, like making tea or having a BBQ cookout.
Looking for a location that is either within 30m walking distance of Imperial's South Kensington Campus or well-connected, such that the total commute time stays reasonable (20m cycling). And a place to store my bike :>
