Flat wanted (no sharing) by professional couple

We’re a quiet, professional couple with good, steady jobs in public transport, who are looking for a 1-bed flat. Please respect that we are not interested in HMO or flat/house share setups, and that this is non-negotiable. The ideal flat is in Staines, Ashford, Feltham, Twickenham, Richmond or that area. We would like a flat with a separate bedroom (1-bed, not studio) in a good state of repair. We don’t have pets and will only occasionally dog-sit if the landlord permits it. We have very few requirements but would like to be near a train station, and we would also like to be able to stay for at least a year.
