Real Home Wanted

I am a professional, non smoking gentleman looking for long term accommodation, preferably within the Borough of Richmond. I am interested in a property that is reasonably spacious, or containing an extra storage space, as I have a small collection of teaching materials / books with me.

The type of property does not really matter that much, for as long as it is a decent, quiet and clean, home-like space.

I do not necessary require a place with a living room to share, as I will not have too much time to use it. Having said that, I do not completely right off the living room option.

Any type of shared accommodation considered.

Very flexible on move-in time.

Flexible budget - when the place looks right.

Pets - as a used to be dog owner, I am fond of all creatures large and small.

I think of myself as a quiet but friendly, caring, tolerant and respectful person, who likes to help when help is needed, but also minds his own business when necessary.
