Seeking an En-Suite Room Near Bath City Centre Until 30th July 2025**

Hello,

I'm looking for an en-suite room near Bath city centre, available until 30th July 2025. I'm a researcher at the the University of Bath. I'm looking for a furnished room in a house on the bus route to the University of Bath for an easy commute. Ideally, I would love to find a place where there is a direct bus route to either the University of Bath or the city centre passing very close by.

Before committing, I'd prefer to meet in person and view the property to ensure it's a good fit for both parties.

I consider myself to be a very clean and tidy individual, particularly in the kitchen, as cleanliness is very important to me. Ideally, I'd like access to a well-equipped kitchen where I can occasionally cook meals. If the kitchen is shared, I would appreciate it if it's kept clean and organized. I enjoy cooking regularly and often prepare meals to take to work.

During the weekdays, I'm at work from 9 to 6, and I usually spend my weekends outside of the house.

While my preference is for an en-suite, I might consider sharing a bathroom in a two-person household, provided that cleanliness is up to a high standard. Access to a clean bathroom (shared or ensuite) is important for me. An ensuite room would be great, but I am also open to other options.

A reliable internet connection is essential.

I'm looking to move in as soon as possible, but I do have a one-month notice period with my current landlord, so ideally, we could coordinate the move-in date accordingly.

I value a clean and tidy environment, and I'll do my part to keep the shared living space comfortable. I'm a non-smoker with no pets, and I believe in open communication to ensure a friendly and respectful atmosphere for everyone in the house.
