Looking for short term tenancy around Surrey Hills

Hi there, I'm planning on buying a property roughly in the next 12 months so looking for somewhere to live until this happens. I'm moving out of my current flat as its going on the market.

I'm outdoorsy person , trail running is my passion and when I'm home I'm enjoy cooking & baking healthy food. I'm looking for a relaxed and chilled home where you can enjoy chit chat and a laugh over a cuppa as & when. I'm very respectful of peoples space and not a noisy person.

Work wise I am in financial services, my role is Head of Account Management, hybrid model of in the office couple of days a week and wfh so would just work quietly at my desk in my room.

Ideally like to share with one or two other people and be quiet area, not on busy street.

Into self development, growth mindset etc.
I also love hopping on road bike off of an adventure for the day, yoga, gym & anything outdoors in nature 🌲🌳.
