About the apartment
- my budget is up to 850 per month (excl. bills)
- hope it's near tram station
- ideally we can move in around August 25th but open to discuss about the move in date

About my potential roommate
- hope you are a professional as well so we can share the council tax
- a non-smoker
- friendly and kind

About my lifestyle
- might need to work from home up to 3 days a week
- not a party person but no problem if you would like to party with your friends time to time
- prefer a clean and tidy living space
- don't have pets and not gonna any any
