Looking for 2 x double rooms

Hi, we're 2 professional male colleagues, seeking 2 rooms to rent in the same property. The duration of our contract to work in the area is long term. We are both non-smokers, are clean, tidy and respectful middle aged men. Some weekends we would be working, other weekends travelling back to our families. A clean basic room with a TV is all that we require, preferably with en-suite. Also a suitable kitchen for cooking. Access to local amenities is desirable? We would need parking space for 1 car.
