27 year old professional looking for a room

I’m looking for a double room in Edinburgh to move into November or December, preferably Morningside but open to other areas. I’m moving out my current place due to landlord selling the flat.
I’m a professional working full-time in neurology research by the Royal Infirmary so I’d be out the flat 9-5 during the week. I would preferably like to live with 1 other female or on my own.
I would say I’m a tidy, respectful and friendly flatmate who likes socialising but also some downtime too. In my free time I like to go swimming, explore cafes, see friends and relax.
