Searching for house share/flat

Full-time worker looking for a 2 bed flat. Currently living near Chorlton but ideally would like a spot in Salford quays or anywhere close to a tram stop within zone 2. Work in office 5 days a week so wfh flatmates is not an issue.

I’d like to move in with someone that is respectful of boundaries and is clean (can keep shared spaces to a good standard). I’d like to be civil with who I move in with. I do keep to myself quite a bit but still enjoy socialising and going out time to time.

My hobbies include staying fit, reading and trying new things so would like someone on a similar wavelength.

The budget I’ve listed is what I’m aiming to spend inclusive with bills. Looking for roughly a 6 month tenancy as I plan to move out February/March times.
