Searching for flatshare/flatmate

Full-time worker looking for a 2 bed flat. Currently living in Salford quays, however plan to be moving out. Would like to continue living in Salford quays close by (e. g media city, old Trafford etc). Mainly just needs to have a tram stop nearby for my commute. Work in office 5 days a week occasionally may wfh.

I’d like to move in with someone that is respectful of boundaries and is clean (can keep shared spaces to a good standard). I’d like to be civil with who I move in with. I do keep to myself quite a bit but still enjoy socialising and going out time to time.

My hobbies include staying fit, reading and trying new things so would like someone on a similar wavelength.

The budget I’ve listed is what I’m aiming to spend inclusive with bills. Looking for roughly a 6 month tenancy with option to extend to a year+ providing all goes well.
