Looking for a share with a garden

Ciao!
I’m looking for a new home for me and my cat Bo. She is an outdoor cat so a garden is a must!

I work in healthcare and do some creative work on the side.
My interests are art, antiques, history, gigs, lectures, cooking (if you want your own nonna I can be that 🫦), film and nature.
I am super hygienic (part of my job), tidy and a peaceful roomie.
Yes I smoke but strictly outside… I don’t want to tarnish my home with my bad habits.

Looking for a place late April but can do earlier if I find the perfect place.
