Hi, I'm looking for a room in London available from early March (flexible on exact date).

My budget and requirements:

Option 1: £1,000/month (ALL BILLS INCLUDED)

Must be en-suite at this price

Option 2: £850/month (ALL BILLS INCLUDED)

Shared bathroom considered ONLY if:

House is well-maintained with modern furniture
Good location (ideally walking distance to tube, max 30 mins to London Bridge)

Non-negotiables:

ALL bills must be included (council tax, utilities, internet - everything)

Price stated must be the final price I pay

About me:

I work in hospitality, earn enough to comfortably afford this budget, and have references available if needed. Looking for a nice, quality place to call home.

Viewings:

Happy to do video calls/virtual viewings initially to save time. Ready to put down a deposit immediately for the right place.
