Looking for a room

I've just dropped out of uni (aghh scary!) and now searching for a full-time job (will have one before move in dates).

I did two years at uni and decided it wasn't for me, so now I'm looking for my next adventure, I really enjoy drawing and art - I wanted to be a tattoo artist for a while! But for now just trying to settle, and get some money in my pocket before the next big decision. There's not much I need, as long as there's a desk and en-suite I can be the quietest flatmate you'll ever have! I love making new friends and socialising and I'm quite often bringing friends round on weekends - but don't worry, I don't drink! That means no stains, no hangovers, and no noise!

A deal breaker for me would be someone who isn't open to having a cat wandering around, as there may be an adoption in the future :)
Another may be someone who drinks heavily as I am not the best with inebriation!
