Easy going guy looking for an affordable place to rent from April 27th. Would be great to move in on that weekend, so I'm looking for somewhere I can get sorted with as the time is approaching.
I enjoy going to the gym, weight lifting, running, etc. Happy to go with someone if they're looking to train or are already into it. I'm also into gaming, Playstation mainly. Walks, pubs, films, I like a variety of things.
I currently work from home mainly with occasional office visits, looking for a new job that pays more so this could all change, but my current one is secure and I'll be more than capable to make payments for rooms around £800 - £1000. As I work from home, I'm happy to not use heating during the day.
Bills included would make things easier, but open to renting somewhere and splitting bills between us. Broadband included would be a plus as will save signing up to any new contracts.
Bromley, Croydon or nearby areas would be ideal, as close to any transport as possible.
