Peaceful mature and clean tenant!

I’m an art student at bath spa university age 19. Im looking for somewhere preferably from the end august 24’/ start of September until end on June/start of july. I have a budget of £190pw including bills preferably :). I’m easy going and super clean and tidy and spend a lot of time in my uni studio in Locksbrook- so any places in twerton/oldfield/Weston would be brilliant. I also have a job in town.
