Flatshare sought

Hi,

I am a young professional looking for a room to rent in Kilmarnock or surrounding areas (preferably G31, G41, G43, G53, G61, G78 or something on the outskirts that is within driving distance to Kilmarnock). I have a car so would need somewhere with parking. I shall be in the office most days during the week, however, I may occasionally work from home so would be looking for someone that is okay with that. I am happy being sociable and outgoing but can also keep myself to myself. Not a party animal but ideally would like to find a flatmate that would be okay with some friends coming round every once in a while. Also, I like to be clean and respectful of other peoples stuff and so would be looking for someone that is the same. Happy to provide references - all of which will confirm I always pay rent and bills on time.
