PhD Student Looking for a Double Room/Studio

Hello! My name is Garrett and I'm 26 years old. I am a PhD student in Regenerative Medicine at QUB. I am currently looking for a double room / studio or a 2 bedroom house (price I've set is flexible). If budding up I'd preferably have a non smoker with no pets but again I'm flexible! I will be working Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and some weekends also briefly. I would be looking for a property with a space for a car as I need to travel for medical appointments fairly regularly. Looking for somewhere that is not the Holylands and is a more tasteful property to call home. If you have any ideas, offers etc. I am open to discuss all so please dm me! :)
