So I have moved over to Devon from Kent. Currently working and looking for a room. I do not currently have ref or guarantor because I moved into my ex gf property since leaving parents.
I would be willing to pay a few months rent in advance and double deposit too.
I do not smoke and I do not drink. I am quiet and chilled out. I like to keep fit and read a lot.
Understandably because of my current situation with no ref etc, it has been somewhat problematic to find somewhere. Please feel free to message me if any landlord would accept my months rent in advance into consideration.
