Texas gal looking for a pet friendly place!

Howdy! I’m Shelby, an American who has recently obtained Irish citizenship and is looking for a new adventure in London! I’m really not picky about any specific areas of the city, I just need something safe and affordable lol.

A bit about me: I currently live in Austin, Texas with my two cats, Mimsy and Twiggy, who I plan to bring with me. As a cat lover through and through, I volunteer at a local shelter for cats with special needs (hoping to find something similar in London)! I work in digital media, mostly social media management with a specialty in video. Though I’m still searching for employment in the UK, I have enough in savings to cover rent, bills, and a deposit.

As a Cancer moon I appreciate a homey living space where I can befriend my roommates, but I absolutely understand other people’s preference for solitude in their homes. I’d very much prefer to live with women & queer people. I wouldn’t be comfortable as the only woman in a space. I’m very patient and considerate and hoping to explore London and make new friends!
