Room / buddy up for late June/early July

Due to start studying for a master's at the end of September and looking to move to the city early to get settled beforehand.
Ideally sharing with another female (but not mandatory) who is sociable and has some of the same interests as me, but also doesn't mind their own space.

Easy going and social but also clean and tidy would be great
