Looking for a house / flat for 2-4 people

My friends and I are looking for somewhere to live with 4 bedrooms. We are also open to splitting up into groups of 2, so I am looking for either somewhere with 4 bedrooms, or somewhere with 2. Three of use study primary education and one of us studies psychology at York St John so we are in uni quite a bit. Though we are all very quiet and studious, we love meeting new people. We don’t go out much as we are very focused on our degrees, which means we won’t be causing any disturbances at unsociable hours. We are happy to live with anyone, but like to get to know people. We would prefer more quiet people and people who value their studies or profession, but don’t mind as long as they are friendly :)
