Couple 1 bed flat SE or East 6-12 months from Aug

Hello!
We're Bridge & Anth, looking for a 1 bed flat for a 6-12 month stay around Peckham OR Victoria Park/Hackney areas.

We're mature and respectful tenants that come with great references and will look after your home, furniture and plants as if they're our own :)

About us:

Anth works in hospitality consulting - Dual British and Australian citizen and has lived in London for over 15 years. He's also a chef and food journalist - we love to cook and eat at home a lot so having a well equiped kitchen important for us.

Bridge is Australian and been in London for 2.5 years - works as a general manager for a London based fashion brand, and also owns a homewares business based out of Morocco where I visit often. So looking for a place with lots of natural light and nice bright space to work at home from when I'm home in London.

Both originally from Melbourne, we love to travel whenever we can, and explore London's markets, pubs and food scene on days off. Would love to find a place that's well connected with an easy walk to transport and parks in SE or East London.
