Group of three looking for a new home

Hello! Like the title states, we're a group of three young adults, all late teens - early twenties, hoping to find our first place to stay for the foreseeable future. I'm English, but my partner is Welsh, and we're hoping to find a place to move to closer to home there; Cardiff preferred for the opportunities and location, but any city would be great. Stable internet and access to transport for work and education are really the main needs.

Why the weird amount of people? It's me, my partner, and my best friend/carer; I'm a recent amputee that requires quite a lot of help around the house while I recover, studying at home via distance education. While my partner studies and works in an apprenticeship, that's not super feasible -- hence the godsend bestie! I'll be home most days while the other two are out and about, so hi. :) I play guitar and write things, though if noise levels are a concern the guitar can be stowed away.

Apart from the above details, there's not much else we're picky about. Three bedrooms would be ideal, with access to local transport for work and a decent internet connection...And that's it, really. Disability access isn't necessary (locomotion on one leg is still doable!), parking/garage is unnecessary without a car, balconies and gardens are unnecessary, etc. etc. overall, don't really need much.
