Seeking House Share Up to 3 Bedrooms

Hello there!

My adorable dog and I are seeking either shared accommodation up to three bedrooms with friendly and responsible flatmate(s) or small studio/1 bedroom homes within reasonable commuting distance to Chessington.

📍 Location: I'm hoping to find a place slightly off the beaten path (more towards the country) with a spacious garden, not too far from public transportation (within a few miles of a train or bus station or bus stop), and nearby to a small village with all the necessities. Ideally, there would be plenty of greenery nearby in parks or forests to take the pup for lovely walks.

🛋️ Accommodation: I envision a cozy, studio up to 3 bedroom home with a spacious kitchen and would prefer an ensuite if possible.

👥 Who I'm looking for:

1. Friendly and respectful individuals who are looking for not just flatmates, but friends.

2. Non-smoking is a requirement as I am very sensitive to smoke.

3. Prefer professionals or mature (post-graduate or PhD) students.

4. I have one senior dog who is 10 years old, so a home allowing pets will be crucial, but a home with puppies or kittens may not be the best fit for my girl.

💼 About me: I'm a professional who has recently started a job at Chessington Zoo and am looking for a place to call home. I am a quiet individual who feels most comfortable in nature, and love exploring England and around hope to travel more around Europe eventually. I absolutely adore cuddling up on the couch in the evening to binge watch a show, but also thoroughly enjoy going out to explore new restaurants as I am a huge foodie.

Please note that I am looking for an individual/individuals that would be comfortable with my partner staying with me on weekends as he lives and works in south London.
