Room in houseshare wanted

Hi! I'm just putting the feelers out for a room to move into, ideally shorter term at first but could be up for longer.
About me: I normally study Languages & Linguistics, but am currently on a hiatus from university, hence being back in Teignmouth for the foreseeable.
I work full time in hospitality and also do some language tutoring on the side.
I'm very easygoing and just looking for some nice people to live with for a while - whether they be working professionals, a family with a spare room or students, I am happy with and adaptable to any of these scenarios.
I'm friendly, reliable and very tidy. I'm also queer and plant based so ideally looking to move into an LGBT friendly household, with veggies/vegans would be a plus, but not essential.
