Looking for an accommodation in CB5

Hello!

A little about myself, I'm studying Accounting and Finance in ARU and have been livng in Cherry Hinton for about a year.

I'd like to move out of where I'm currently staying at, along with a friend if that's possible, towards the end of December preferably around CB5.

I'm moving out as my workplace requires me to commute for about an hour. Buses from my place don't start until 6 and it is difficult for me to work day shifts.

We are both quiet, clean and mature students, and keep mostly to ourselves.
My landlord can provide references if required.

Our budget is £1,000 pcm.
