Chill and tidy 27y/o girl looking for a place!!

hiya! my name is sara and I’m looking for a flat! I’ve just moved from australia and need a place from early/mid july. I’m a tidy, chill girl who respects space and does spend a lot of time in her room but also wants friendship with her flatmates and likes to go out to the pub & explore!

I work most of the time in the office but will WFH maybe once a week. being near a train station would be very helpful as I would be commuting to London.

I need:
- kitchen with working oven because i like to cook!
- furnished double room with enough space to lay down a yoga mat (lol)
- needs to be within 10min walk of public transport
- budget is $800 (including bills)

I’m a non smoker but am happy to be around smokers, pets etc.
