Room wanted

Hi, I am looking for a room to rent for myself and my cats. The cats are very well behaved 18 month old triplets. I rescued them at 5 months old (they were wild rather than mistreated) and have managed to train them to sit for their food, ring the pad doorbells to come in or out when the door is shut (so no need for a cat flap) and they do not jump on the worktops. They have never damaged furniture or carpets as I make sure they have a good scratch post and when it is sunny they spend the whole day outside anyway, only coming in to sleep and snuggle! I am a professional interior designer, working in the industry for 7 years I am now freelancing but also finding my own clients both residential and commercial. I work from home but am happy to find a co-working space to rent if this is a problem for you.
I am ideally looking for a property that has all bills included (not a deal breaker), parking, garden and is in a quiet neighbourhood. Due to having the cats, a 1st floor and above flat wouldn't work as they need to be able to go outside. I would be happy to live with a live in landlord, or only a couple of other house mates. I think any more than 5 it would be too busy for the cats. If you can help, please let me know.
