I am currently in a position where my live-in landlady has decided to terminate my lodging agreement (she is 84 years old and so this is understandable).
I am therefore looking for somewhere new to reside. I am currently living in Welwyn Garden City. I am open to properties in the Welwyn Hatfield/Stevenage/Hitchin/Potters Bar areas.
I am a sociable person with many varied interests. I am tidy and always clean up after myself. I am very respectful to others also.
I am not currently working at the moment though I am in receipt of Universal Credit that would cover all rent and bills. Due to my current predicament with my living conditions, the local council would be paying my deposit and first months rent.
