Professional tutor looking for a temporary home

I’m looking for a temporary home in the Hastings/St Leonard’s area whilst I relocate. I have had an offer accepted on a flat in Hastings- whilst that process finalises I need somewhere nearby from which I can carry on working etc.
I have my own tuition business and am also a director with a School History company so I’m rather busy. With my running (Hastings Runners) and training routine (Falaise freedom leisure) I will be out more often than I would be in- but when I’m around I would probably be more likely to be reading or scribbling down ideas for the workshop. I very much enjoy other people’s company but am just as happy going for long walks by myself. I travel light and currently my lifetime possessions are safely stashed away in storage. Fairly typical former private school boy, clean, tidy respectful and always ready to lend a hand.
