I am aiming to move in by mid-June, but I have some flexibility around those dates. I am a non-smoker, have no pets. I prioritize cleanliness and a peaceful living space. I spend most of my time at the university but enjoy relaxing at home in a quiet and respectful environment. I also need a parking space for my car.
