I’m looking for a like-minded female flatmate to buddy up with for a place in East Village. I’ve lived in the area for a couple of years, it’s lovely and super well connected so keen to stay around.

About me:
I’m an optometrist working 4-5 days a week, and I love spending my downtime exploring the outdoors or enjoying social activities like pilates, hiking and dinners. That said, I equally enjoy quiet nights in with a good movie or Netflix series.
I’d love to live with someone who values a tidy, minimal and clean shared space and appreciates the balance between personal space and catch-ups in the living room ☺️
About you:
* Considerate and respectful of shared spaces
* Not into hosting loud parties (this won’t be a party flat but all for dinners and gatherings)
* Ideally a non-smoker (but I’m open to living with a cat if you have one!)
