Looking to rent a brand NEW flat :)

H!. I'm Utsa, 32, and I work as a a Marketing Manager at Unilever. I'm keen on renting a one-bed and bath ( with bathtub if possible) in a 2-bed flat in a NEW building, with another girlie!

I can move in any time between March end to August this year. I'm super neat, will always be respectful of other's needs. I'm in office 3 times a week, and like calm weekends to unwind/ gym/ meal prep a bit. I would also love to be friends and sometimes hang, maybe a nice walk/ coffee shop/ brunch :)

Location: I'm extremely flexible. Looking for Zone 2 or 3. Zone 1 is great too although I don't think there are new builds in zone 1. I work at Blackfrairs so hoping for a commute of 20-30 mins.

Very particular about a brand new flat, near a Lizzy line/ Circle or district/ Hammersmith/ any Overground/ Thamelink station. As I have a pretty bad dust allergy and some of the older houses/ older tubes really get uncomfortable.

PS- I'm also a very light sleeper and would very much appreciate quiet hours between 10pm to 9am :)
