Looking for a quiet home, max 2 people in total.

Looking for a Quiet Double Bedroom – Move-in 16 September. No overcrowded flats/houses with more 2 people living in total, please. Long term, up to 1 year and more.

I’m looking for a proper double bedroom (double bed, good storage, preferably en-suite). Not just a place to live, but a real home where I can recharge and relax. A quiet, safe environment is my priority as I’m a light sleeper.

📍 Zone 1–2 (early Zone 3), preferably West London or easy commute to Central London. Around 7–8 mins walk to tube/train/bus, I need commute to central London due to my work. Only safe neighbourhood!

✅ Quite, respectful household max 3 people total (including me, if less better). Preferably female home.
✅ Quiet outlook (double glazing bonus).
✅ Washing machine essential, dishwasher bonus.

❌ No large houses, no big shared flats.
❌ No WFH flatmates, no very young (18–28) staying up late, no couples.
❌ No parties, no constant guests, no boyfriends staying over.
❌ No council/social housing (unless ex-council with decent, respectful, quiet neighbours).

About me: Sofia, 33, tidy, reliable, respectful, tidy, well mannered, calm, quiet, studying a Master’s in Psychology and working part-time. In my free time I do yoga, travel, go for a walk, spend my time with friends in cafe, park.
