Wanted - Room to rent in Perth and Kinross Area

I am looking for a room to rent for approximately 4 - 6 months, whilst I sell my house and relocate my family. I have recently started a new job at Perth Royal Infirmary and work Monday to Friday, normally travelling back to my family on a Friday afternoon. Occasionally, my wife may need to stay over for a weekend as we look for houses in the area. In terms of what to expect from me as a housemate, I'm a non-smoker who doesn't socialise on weekdays because of my clinical practice. That being said, I'm very relaxed and completely house trained! :)
